(Also, day 31 of 365 of gratitude journaling challenge)

“Gratitude is the secret to a joy-filled life.”
Denise Linn Sacred Forest Oracle cards.
Today was a good day for me. I was able to talk to my two best friends earlier in the day and I tried to fill gratitude and joy throughout the day when my mind would wonder to what if’s. As a reminder, I say my list out loud and in my head while feeling truly grateful for what I’m saying and why. I think of this as my daily meditation. Clearly the noise from my head and repeating thank you’s getting into the frequency of gratitude.

For tomorrow you need to be on the look out for a rock. This rock is something you can find on a walk, lingering around your house, or maybe something that presents itself to you throughout the day. It could be a button. But it needs to take up space somewhere that you’ll notice it. I keep mine in my pocket or by my night stand. I rub it and think about exactly what I am grateful for in the moment. It helps keep my vibration up and reminds me to stay in joy. Here’s a picture of my gratitude rock, I found it on a walk during my first challenge.

Here’s a list of gratitude subjects for your ten daily blessings. Counting our blessings yields you with more blessings.
Health and body, Work and success, Money, Relationships, Passions, Happiness, Love, Nature, Material goods, Any subject of your choosing.
Also it’s important to write out what you’re grateful for and you reason why. I tend to write two reasons why. I see it as a super charge on my gratitude. But don’t worry one will suffice.
So, look for a rock tomorrow.
Have an outstanding morning. I am wishing for snow.

I find this idea of expressing daily gratitude quite intriguing. I frequently blog about many of the special people I’m thankful for in my life. I’m sure you know plenty of people who constantly complain about something. I’d much rather be someone who focuses on all of the positivity in the world. It is a mindset.
I’m curious if you developed this idea of expressing your gratitude each day or if such an actual group already exists.
By the way, as someone who taught elementary school for 31 years, I was surrounded by a lot of farts, particularly “mature” 5th and 6th-grade boys who practically fell on the floor every time someone passed gas.😂
