Day 22 of 28

Gratitude attitude challenge is almost done! But also, it’s only day 52 out of the 365 day gratitude journal challenge.

“There is times to pull back and think carefully before every action,
but this isn’t one of those times.”
Denise Linn’s Sacred Forest Oracle Deck

That oracle card is on point with everything I did today to help my seedlings. I started my morning with a lot of natural energy. My daughter took notice and mentioned it three times to me. On the way to dropping off her and Aidan to school I said hi, and different versions of hi, to every single car I passed. She thought that was the best and reminded me when I tucked her in to wake up with that energy tomorrow. I laughed because by the end of the day, I forgot I woke up with all that energy. I am a grateful for the great day I had. I had some hiccups, but I ended the day with my seedlings warm and closer to lights.

I thought about my top three desires throughout the day with gratitude and that felt really nice too. I actually sang fully while getting all my errands done. It helped me stay in a state of joy and I love singing so it’s an easy way for me to do so. I also sing to my plants and seedlings. I really can notice a difference and it makes me feel like I’m letting each one know that I love them.

Here’s my gratitude journal. Also, fifty-two is my favorite number. Today was day 52 out of 365. Felt like I should mention it.

Tomorrow, day 23, is about being grateful for every breath you take. Being grateful for the air you breathe. Five times during the day take five breaths and be fully present with gratitude as you inhale and exhale. Say the words thank you after each breath. It’s best if it’s done outside but it’s okay in you can’t get out. The most important part of this focus for the day, is paying attention to your breaths. I think it’s an outstanding thing to be grateful for.

Have a easy breezy day!

I’m constantly surrounded by farts, in all serious I am. Three stepsons—12,17,20 one gaseous daughter of 11, and a hungry husband, whose been trying to ditch oven me for the last three years! (I’m a ninja though, so he hasn’t succeeded yet 😉) Right now, I’m making my way through College- about a year and a half left, and then I’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in English and hopefully a book published or at least become a literary agent. In these posts I’m going to cheerfully complain about my kids complaining and the awful smells I endure on a regular basis. Hope ya’ll have fun reading from this artsy Michigander! 😏
