Day 74

“Moth Spirit asks, what is guiding you right now?”
&
“Crow Spirit says you are right on target now to see your dreams magically come into being in the visible world.”
Colette Baron-Reid’s The Spirit Oracle Deck

I had a good day, with good news. My dad wasn’t admitted to the hospital. My mom worried he would be because he was diagnosed with kidney failure in December and the swelling of his legs has been really bad since they came home from Florida. I offered him one of mine when I first heard, but he has too many underlying conditions and can’t take it. But, today he made an appointment for a port for dialysis and was given a pill to help clear out all that water he’s retaining. Good news indeed. Both kiddos are gone for the weekend already, which is nice because I need a break. I have the whole weekend as one. I love them very much, but oh I’m excited to have interrupted alone time. It’s how I recharge my batteries. I’m going to read a whole book!

Here’s my gratitude journal for today:

Also, I bought my mom some shamrocks when they got home from Florida earlier this month. Today she found a four leaf clover🍀✨

I am grateful for the universe because of all the guidance, love, and light shared with everyone. Have a fantastical day!

I’m constantly surrounded by farts, in all serious I am. Three stepsons—12,17,20 one gaseous daughter of 11, and a hungry husband, whose been trying to ditch oven me for the last three years! (I’m a ninja though, so he hasn’t succeeded yet 😉) Right now, I’m making my way through College- about a year and a half left, and then I’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in English and hopefully a book published or at least become a literary agent. In these posts I’m going to cheerfully complain about my kids complaining and the awful smells I endure on a regular basis. Hope ya’ll have fun reading from this artsy Michigander! 😏

  1. It’s good to have some ‘me’ time. Have a great weekend and enjoy your book! 😀
I hope the medics will soon have your dad feeling more comfortable.
