Another gratitude challenge inside a gratitude challenge? Yes, that’s right.
For the next 28 days I’m putting focus on writing out ten reasons why I am grateful. Each of the 28 days there will be a new focus. Today is figuring out what routine will work best for you and commuting to it for he next 28 days. Making sure I sit down and say my list out loud and within my own head at the same time creating a true frequency of gratitude, works best for me at night when my house is quiet. Today figure out what works best for you and do it.
Here’s my gratitude list for the day.

I had my daughter’s sugar gliders out while I was writing out my list, I put them back into their home when it came to my meditation, for obvious reasons. Ha, they’re energy jumpers for sure.

Day One = figure out a routine, make a list of ten reasons why you’re grateful, then find a quiet space to say them out loud and inside your head at the same time.
Have a wonderful day!
