I am grateful for my breathe because it means I’m alive and I am able to get through anything as long as I’m breathing. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Today I’m going to be doing an exercise of saying thank you for any many breathes as I can remember to say thank you for. It’s a nice way of staying in energy of gratitude for a long period of time. Tomorrow I’ll do it with each step I take, but for today breathing will do. Enjoy your day!
