Day 69 gratitude sing-a-long

Tonight I shuffled the cards with the sugar gliders. It was a lot of fun and something I’m going to do more. These three cards flung out of the deck, though it should be noted that Orion bite the Canary card during the preshuffle and he also tried to take it away. (Hence my gratitude sing-a-long mom joke.) Oh, Aidan roasted me pretty good at dinner tonight. Also, Orion drizzled a little in my gratitude book, but I’m okay with it. I’m teaching them to pee on paper, so good job Orion in a way. Sirius was scared during the shuffle but then became intrigued. Scrappy snores on.

Today I cleaned the whole house for Jon’s friend to come over to see it. Except he didn’t come in. I am grateful for the energy to clean it all since I’ve been taking it easy the last couple of days. My foot is healing nicely. Still not full pressure, but it’s coming a long a whole lot better! I am grateful the house looks nice too. I tend to let stuff pile up on my dining room table, so it’s nice to see it clear. We went out to dinner tonight to our favorite restaurant, super grateful for that treat. I love a chicken chimichanga and fresh chips with guacamole. After we got back I played Fortnite for an hour with Courtney, (Noah’s girlfriend of three years, also my squad leader.) We got a victory royal, which is awesome because I haven’t played in a long while. I am grateful for how we play together and have fun kicking ass! Normally we’re a trio with Aurora, but she couldn’t play today. That’s alright because it’s spring break and she’ll have the next four days with me. I am grateful for Aidan’s blood sugar levels the for the last day, he was in range! Puberty makes it hard, but I’m grateful to be able to help get it righteous.
