Day 17 of 28

(Gratitude journaling challenge within a challenge.)

“This card indicates that it is time to break free and let your spirit fly!”

I had a very fulfilling day. I am grateful for how tired I feel now and for everything I was able to accomplish. On the gratitude front, I did my journal with my coffee this morning after dropping off kiddos. Yay for Fridays. I visualized laying in water with the sun on my face today.

Here’s my journal below:

For day 18 tomorrow, it’s about thinking of a task you’d like done as done. Feeling deep gratitude for it being done. I have to be honest this one alludes me slightly, but I want new flooring in my family room. So, I wish I knew who sold it the cheapest and could get it to me with quickest. Basically, having things done off your to-do list by visualizing they’re done.

This is the weekend my husband and I have called the offweekend (meaning no kids) and he’s not working. I am truly grateful for this time with my husband. I know I’ll be more present tomorrow, then visualizing.

Have a joyous day!

I’m constantly surrounded by farts, in all serious I am. Three stepsons—12,17,20 one gaseous daughter of 11, and a hungry husband, whose been trying to ditch oven me for the last three years! (I’m a ninja though, so he hasn’t succeeded yet 😉) Right now, I’m making my way through College- about a year and a half left, and then I’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in English and hopefully a book published or at least become a literary agent. In these posts I’m going to cheerfully complain about my kids complaining and the awful smells I endure on a regular basis. Hope ya’ll have fun reading from this artsy Michigander! 😏
