The Focus for Day two, is simply noticing three people or things to be grateful for during your day. For instance, I stopped and said out loud how grateful I am for my home earlier today and I hugged a wall in my home. I said, “I am so grateful for you, my home for keeping my family safe and for being so filled with love. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
I also spoke to my lilac trees outside and told them how grateful I was for them and I looked into my husband’s eyes in a picture and I told him how grateful I am for him.

For today, day two, stop yourself throughout your day, three times and notice something in your view to be grateful for. And also write in your gratitude journal in your routine for today.
